A tiered maxi dress cut from soft organza, light enough to move with you and structured enough to hold its shape through a long evening. The skirt falls in soft horizontal tiers to the floor.
A high twisted collar sits at the neck, echoed by twisted cap sleeves that cover the shoulder. A matching self tie sash draws in the waist, so you decide how close the fit sits. The whole dress is lined in soft rayon, so it is comfortable against the skin and never clings.
It is a dress for a wedding, an engagement party, a summer evening reception or any occasion where you want length and movement without weight.
The fit is true to size and skims rather than holds, and the sash lets you draw it in as much or as little as you like. If you are between sizes, we recommend the larger.
Both models are 172 cm and wear a size XS.
The size XS measures 90 cm at the bust (35 1/2 inches), 71 cm at the waist (28 inches) and 146 cm from shoulder to hem (57 1/2 inches). The sleeve measures 7 cm (2 3/4 inches).
Is the organza see through?
No. The dress is lined throughout in soft rayon, so it is opaque through the body and the skirt. The organza sits over the lining and gives the tiers their float.
How much do the twisted cap sleeves cover?
They cover the shoulder and the very top of the arm. At size XS the sleeve measures 7 cm from the shoulder seam. If you would prefer your upper arms covered, look at our longer sleeved styles instead.
What should I wear it with?
The floor length skirt is cut for a heel, so a 7 to 9 cm heel sits the hem just above the floor. The high collar means no necklace is needed, so earrings alone finish it. See more pieces in our Wedding Guest Dresses collection.

Delivery
Baruni use international couriers to deliver your orders. This typically takes 1 to 2 days from order in the UAE, and 3 to 5 days for other countries. We usually dispatch within 24 hours.
If you leave your email address at checkout, we will send you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us, so you can follow its progress.
We also write to you before we ship, to check the size you have chosen is the right one for you. If you think it may not be, reply to that email with your measurements and we will confirm before your dress leaves the atelier.

Please note that duty charges now apply to shipments to the US, collected by the courier on delivery.
High courier fees mean we charge specific shipping rates for Libya, Israel, Iraq and certain other countries. If you are unsure whether yours is one of them, write to us before you order and we will confirm the rate.
Returns
You have 15 days from receiving your order to send a piece back to us. It must be unworn and unaltered, with its tags, labels and packaging.
Write to info@baruni.co with your order number and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you, and our original delivery cost is deducted from the refund.
Full price pieces are refunded to your original payment method.
Outlet pieces are not refunded. They are returned for store credit, valid for one year on anything on the site.
If we alter a piece at your request, or adjust it to your measurements before it is sent, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We will always tell you what we propose to change and we never alter anything without your confirmation first.
If a size is not right, message us before you send it back. We can often tell you which size to take instead.
