What it costs: most pieces are between $400 and $800. Tops and skirts start lower, and Outlet pieces are reduced by at least forty percent.
Delivery: dispatched from Dubai within 24 hours, delivered to Qatar in two to four days, and complimentary on orders over $300.
Sizes: XS to XL for dresses, and kaftans are free size, currently fitting up to XXL.
Dresses for weddings and evenings in Qatar
Long, flowing gowns with sleeves are what most women in Qatar reach for at a wedding, an engagement or a formal dinner, and that is exactly what we design. For a wedding, look at our wedding guest dresses. For a gala or a formal evening, our evening gowns include deep emerald, black and metallic pieces such as the Rowan Dress, the Jouri Dress and the Alya Dress. For the mother of the bride, there is a dedicated mother of the bride collection.
Our signature is the shirt gown, which has the structure of a shirt and the presence of a gown. Some of our gowns, such as Hypnotise and Kayra, have sleeves that are easily removed with hidden buttons at the armhole, so one gown gives you two looks.

About Baruni
Baruni was founded in Dubai in 2009 by designer Fadwa Baruni, who spent eight years as a petroleum engineer before studying fashion design at Edinburgh College of Art. Many of our jacquards are woven exclusively for Baruni, and most pieces are made in small runs, so a dress stays rare. There is more about the house here.

Do you deliver to Qatar?
Yes. Orders leave Dubai within 24 hours and arrive in two to four days, with tracking.
Will I pay VAT or customs?
Qatar does not currently charge VAT, and orders from Dubai do not usually attract customs duty. If anything is due, the courier collects it on delivery.
Can I see Baruni in a store in Doha?
Yes, at Harvey Nichols, Galeries Lafayette and Printemps Doha. Each store carries its own selection, and the full collection is online.
Can I return something from Qatar?
Yes, within 15 days of receiving it, unworn and with its tags. Pieces discounted by more than 10 percent are returned for store credit. Full terms are on our delivery and returns page.
Are the dresses sleeved?
Most of them, and every product page gives the sleeve length in centimetres and inches.
Do you have anything reduced?
Yes. Our Outlet carries past season pieces at least forty percent off.
