The Amara Dress takes the shape of a shirt dress and gives it the collar of a jacket, which is what lets it work for a formal daytime occasion as easily as an evening one.
The lapel collar opens to a soft V. The sleeves finish just below the elbow with a slight gather along the side, so they sit away from the arm rather than against it. The fabric carries a sheen that shifts between two shades as you move, which is why it photographs differently in daylight and under lamps. A belt ties at the waist, and the back is finished with a twisted yoke.
It falls to the ankle and is lined throughout in soft rayon, so it sits comfortably against the skin through a long day.
Wear it as a wedding guest, to a formal lunch, a daytime reception or a celebration where you will be on your feet for hours. The white has also been chosen as a dress for a civil ceremony, which it suits: covered, ankle length and easy to wear from morning to evening.
The model is 175cm and wears a size S.
Fit note: the belt sets the waist, so the fit adjusts to you. If you are between sizes, we recommend the larger.

Delivery
Baruni use international couriers to deliver your orders. This typically takes 1 to 2 days from order in the UAE, and 3 to 5 days for other countries. We usually dispatch within 24 hours.
If you leave your email address at checkout, we will send you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us, so you can follow its progress.
We also write to you before we ship, to check the size you have chosen is the right one for you. If you think it may not be, reply to that email with your measurements and we will confirm before your dress leaves the atelier.

Please note that duty charges now apply to shipments to the US, collected by the courier on delivery.
High courier fees mean we charge specific shipping rates for Libya, Israel, Iraq and certain other countries. If you are unsure whether yours is one of them, write to us before you order and we will confirm the rate.
Returns
You have 15 days from receiving your order to send a piece back to us. It must be unworn and unaltered, with its tags, labels and packaging.
Write to info@baruni.co with your order number and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you, and our original delivery cost is deducted from the refund.
Full price pieces are refunded to your original payment method.
Outlet pieces are not refunded. They are returned for store credit, valid for one year on anything on the site.
If a size is not right, message us before you send it back. We can often tell you which size to take instead.
