A maxi dress in soft georgette, fitted through the bodice and released into a flare that opens as it falls. Georgette is light enough to move with every step and holds no weight at all, which is why it works through a long evening in a warm room.
Piping runs along every seam, following the lines of the cut rather than decorating over them. The sleeves are gathered and run the full length of the arm, finishing in an elasticated hem that gathers softly at the wrist and stays where you put it. The neckline is round.
The dress is lined in soft rayon, so the georgette floats over the lining rather than against the skin.
How much do the sleeves cover?
All the way to the wrist. The sleeve measures 65 cm on a size S and 64 cm on a size XS, which makes it the longest sleeve in the Baruni collection. The hem is elasticated, so it gathers at the wrist and stays there when you lift your arms instead of sliding back towards the elbow.
Is georgette see through?
Not here. The dress is lined throughout in soft rayon, so the georgette sits over the lining rather than against the skin. You get the float and the movement of a light fabric with none of the transparency.
Is the dress fitted all the way down?
No. It is fitted through the bodice only, then released into a flare. The waist is shaped, the hip and the leg are not, so

Delivery
Baruni use international couriers to deliver your orders. This typically takes 1 to 2 days from order in the UAE, and 3 to 5 days for other countries. We usually dispatch within 24 hours.
If you leave your email address at checkout, we will send you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us, so you can follow its progress.
We also write to you before we ship, to check the size you have chosen is the right one for you. If you think it may not be, reply to that email with your measurements and we will confirm before your dress leaves the atelier.

Returns
You have 15 days from receiving your order to send a piece back to us. It must be unworn and unaltered, with its tags, labels and packaging.
Write to info@baruni.co with your order number and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you, and our original delivery cost is deducted from the refund.
Full price pieces are refunded to your original payment method.
Outlet pieces are not refunded. They are returned for store credit, valid for one year on anything on the site.
If a size is not right, message us before you send it back. We can often tell you which size to take instead.
