The Allegra Dress is our signature shirt dress, cut in a luxurious semi gloss fabric that catches the light without shine.
It buttons from the collar to the hem through decorative buttons, with three quarter sleeves finished in a turn back cuff that leaves the wrist free. The contrasting sash ties at the waist and falls in a soft cascade down the front, so you can wear it high, low or loose depending on where you want the eye to sit. The skirt is full and moves beautifully when you walk.
Wear it to a wedding, a garden party, a daytime celebration or a summer event.
Fit note: the sash means the waist adjusts to you. If you are between sizes, we recommend the larger.
The model is 172cm and wears a size XS. That size measures 90cm bust, 73cm waist and 141cm from shoulder to hem, which is 35 1/2, 28 3/4 and 55 1/2 inches.
Can the waist be adjusted?
Yes. The sash ties rather than fastens, so you set the waist yourself and you can wear it tighter or looser on the day. This is the piece we suggest when someone is unsure between two sizes.
Is a three quarter sleeve right for a daytime wedding?
It is the safest sleeve there is for daylight. It covers the part of the arm most women want covered, it never looks heavy, and it leaves the wrist free for a cuff or a watch.
Can it be worn to more than one kind of event?
That is what it is designed for. Tied high with heels it reads as a wedding guest dress. Tied loose with flat shoes it is a lunch or a daytime party.

Delivery
Baruni use international couriers to deliver your orders. This typically takes 1 to 2 days from order in the UAE, and 3 to 5 days for other countries. We usually dispatch within 24 hours.
If you leave your email address at checkout, we will send you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us, so you can follow its progress.
We also write to you before we ship, to check the size you have chosen is the right one for you. If you think it may not be, reply to that email with your measurements and we will confirm before your dress leaves the atelier.

Please note that duty charges now apply to shipments to the US, collected by the courier on delivery.
High courier fees mean we charge specific shipping rates for Libya, Israel, Iraq and certain other countries. If you are unsure whether yours is one of them, write to us before you order and we will confirm the rate.
Returns
You have 15 days from receiving your order to send a piece back to us. It must be unworn and unaltered, with its tags, labels and packaging.
Write to info@baruni.co with your order number and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you, and our original delivery cost is deducted from the refund.
Full price pieces are refunded to your original payment method.
Outlet pieces are not refunded. They are returned for store credit, valid for one year on anything on the site.
If a size is not right, message us before you send it back. We can often tell you which size to take instead.
