A satin two piece, cut loose through the top and wide through the leg, with gold beading and sequins worked along the neckline, around the sleeve hem and down the side seam of each trouser. The beading follows the line of the set rather than sitting on it as decoration.
The neckline is round with a slit of about 15 cm at the centre front. The sleeves are long and wide. A tie draws the waist in as much or as little as you want it.
The trousers are elasticated at the back of the waist, which is what makes a formal set comfortable enough to sit down in for an entire evening.
It is a set for a wedding, an evening reception, Eid, a dinner or any occasion where you want the ease of trousers and the weight of something properly made.
The fit is true to size and the top is cut generously. If you are between sizes, we recommend the larger.
The black and the off white are shown on a model of 172 cm and the pinkish brown on a model of 175 cm. All wear a size S.
At size S the top measures 108 cm at the bust (42 1/2 inches), 110 cm at the waist (43 1/4 inches), 70 cm from shoulder to hem (27 1/2 inches) and 39 cm across the shoulder (15 1/4 inches), with a sleeve of 53 cm (20 3/4 inches). The trousers measure 75 cm at the waist (29 1/2 inches), 101 cm at the hip (39 3/4 inches) and 108 cm in length (42 1/2 inches).
How much do the sleeves cover?
Fully. At size S the sleeve measures 53 cm from the shoulder seam, which brings it to the wrist, and it is cut wide so nothing grips the arm. The beading sits at the very hem of the sleeve, where it catches the light as you move your hands.
How deep is the front slit?
About 15 cm at the centre front, measured down from the neckline. It is cut to open the neck rather than to reveal, and it sits well above the bust.
How do the trousers fit at the waist?
They measure 75 cm at size S and are elasticated across the back, so they give where a formal trouser usually does not. If you are between waist sizes this is the piece that will take it. See more pieces in our Evening Elegance collection.

Delivery
Baruni use international couriers to deliver your orders. This typically takes 1 to 2 days from order in the UAE, and 3 to 5 days for other countries. We usually dispatch within 24 hours.
If you leave your email address at checkout, we will send you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us, so you can follow its progress.
We also write to you before we ship, to check the size you have chosen is the right one for you. If you think it may not be, reply to that email with your measurements and we will confirm before your dress leaves the atelier.

Returns
You have 15 days from receiving your order to send a piece back to us. It must be unworn and unaltered, with its tags, labels and packaging.
Write to info@baruni.co with your order number and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you, and our original delivery cost is deducted from the refund.
Full price pieces are refunded to your original payment method.
Outlet pieces are not refunded. They are returned for store credit, valid for one year on anything on the site.
If a size is not right, message us before you send it back. We can often tell you which size to take instead.
