Begonia is a maxi kaftan in soft crinkle organza. The sides fall as draped panels that cover about 25 cm of the arm from the shoulder, the neckline is a V, and elastic at the back waist is drawn in by long attached ties that fasten at the front. It comes with its own separate jersey slip.
It comes in Turquoise, Pink and Green. The pink and the turquoise are worn by a model of 172 cm in S/M. The green is worn by a model of 175 cm in S/M.
Is the organza see through?
Yes. The organza is sheer, which is why Begonia is supplied with its own jersey slip. The slip has adjustable shoulder straps and fits up to a bust of 130 cm, a waist of 120 cm and hips of 140 cm, so it covers the full size range on its own. The same slip comes with both kaftan sizes.
How much of the arm do the draped sides cover?
About 25 cm from the shoulder, which reaches the elbow. They are cut as part of the kaftan rather than set in as sleeves, so they move and fall open as you walk.
There are only two sizes. Which one is mine?
Begonia is cut in S/M and L/XL. A kaftan is meant to hang loose, so read the hip figure in the size guide rather than the bust. The waist is elastic at the back and the ties set it where you want, so the fit through the middle is yours to decide. Send us your measurements if you would like us to confirm before your order ships.

Side Panels, Arm Coverage is how far the draped side falls down the arm from the shoulder. The slip has adjustable shoulder straps, so its length can be set a little shorter or longer than the figure shown, and the same slip is supplied with both kaftan sizes.

Delivery
Baruni use international couriers to deliver your orders. This typically takes 1 to 2 days from order in the UAE, and 3 to 5 days for other countries. We usually dispatch within 24 hours.
If you leave your email address at checkout, we will send you a tracking number as soon as your order leaves us, so you can follow its progress.
We also write to you before we ship, to check the size you have chosen is the right one for you. If you think it may not be, reply to that email with your measurements and we will confirm before your dress leaves the atelier.

High courier fees mean we charge specific shipping rates for Libya, Israel, Iraq and certain other countries. If you are unsure whether yours is one of them, write to us before you order and we will confirm the rate.
Returns
You have 15 days from receiving your order to send a piece back to us. It must be unworn and unaltered, with its tags, labels and packaging.
Write to info@baruni.co with your order number and we will send you the return address. Return shipping is arranged and paid by you, and our original delivery cost is deducted from the refund.
Full price pieces are refunded to your original payment method.
Outlet pieces are not refunded. They are returned for store credit, valid for one year on anything on the site.
If we alter a piece at your request, or adjust it to your measurements before it is sent, it cannot be returned or exchanged. We will always tell you what we propose to change and we never alter anything without your confirmation first.
If a size is not right, message us before you send it back. We can often tell you which size to take instead.
